SOCAmps CRM Refund Policy
Refund Policy for the purchase of SOCAmps CRM subscription payment. We accept that the product would sometime meet your requirement and sometimes it does not. Hence we provide a token 30-day evaluation period and would also extend them if needed to get you completely onboard before purchase.
We would recommend a thorough evaluation of the product before committing to the purchase and wide usage of the product with your whole team.
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms or a Form or a Service Plan, all Subscription Charges are nonrefundable. No refunds shall be issued for partial use or non-use of the Service(s) by You.
We would again request the users to use their utter discretion in evaluating the product to their best of ability. For Enterprise users, we would work with them to provide a special Terms of Service Contract to enable removal of any ambiguity in relation to refund or execution of work contracts.
